You don’t need a flawless project plan; just a genuine drive to make a social impact.
You’ll leave with real progress on your current practical challenges, a sustainable support network, and a much more resilient mindset.
Depending on your unique goals, you will develop both your internal and external talents:
Above all, you will gain a deep sense of belonging alongside peers who truly understand your struggles.
The programme follows a highly participatory, hands-on, and non-academic structure divided into two reinforcing parts:
We work with a voluntary solidarity fee: you can feel free to contribute between €1 and €100 for your participation in the programme, based on what's fair for you.
This contribution is optional and does not in any way affect your selection process. If admitted, you’ll receive all details to freely decide your contribution.
Most leadership programs focus on corporate entrepreneurship, discovering a passion, or building a scalable business model. Lead to Succeed is built for the realities of voluntary systems change.

The Lead to Succeed coaching programme wasn’t built overnight. The methodology, 1-on-1 coaching structure, and peer learning exercises were co-developed and tested during a 2-year international project funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme. Together with our amazing European partners Asociación “Eo, Eo”, Liberal Alternative Institute, Roes Cooperativa and Zavod Odprta dlan, we designed a framework to help youth workers empower the next generation of sustainability leaders.
Are you a coach, youth worker, or an organization looking to launch something similar? We believe in sharing what works. You are welcome to download and use the open-source tools we created during this journey:
The Coaching Manual: A 150+ page practical toolbox for anyone looking to coach young changemakers with empathy, structure, and psychological safety.
The Organisational Protocol: Our guide for NGOs and teams on how to design and set up a local coaching programme from scratch for the young people you work with.

The coaching process helped me work on my perfectionism and imposter feelings. The coach contributed significantly to addressing these issues by helping me understand how to support myself better, which improved my confidence and overall performance. Personally, I really appreciated the space and the way the coach facilitated the sessions.
Sam
My experience with Sammy as a coach was incredibly helpful. Through our sessions, I was able to understand where my emotions came from, which made it easier to identify what was missing in my life and what I needed to feel at peace. I would advise others to be open during their sessions and not let shame prevent them from expressing their feelings and healing themselves. Working with Sammy truly made a difference for me.
Rasha
The most I enjoyed working with you as a coach would be the fact that you're also queer and trans identifying which made me feel a lot more comfortable to talk about my issues. Coaching has helped me make and uphold routines and to really focus on things that bring me joy in life. Your coaching did help me on my way to handle my depression and I will forever appreciate you and your work. To anyone considering working with you I'd say go for it! Sammy is an amazing person, a lot of personal experiences that make you feel more seen and understood. And I think he has some great ideas on how to improve your life and goals in life.
Marcel
I would like to say that coaching and simply communicating with you help me find ways to understand myself. Your approach is very delicate, professional, and clear. Personally, based on my feelings, even after just a few sessions, I already feel an increase in awareness.
